The location was very good, very close to Spanish Plaza. Ivana, the host, waited us to accommodate us in the apartment and she is very nice. The apartment is very cozy and clean.

The appartment is in a very good location, many tourist attractions are available even by foot. The handover was problem free, but we didn't had the chance to meet the owners. The appartment was clean, it had everything one needs, but it would be better if it were a bit refreshed. We found the 25 EUR late checkin (after 9PM till 12PM) extra cost a bit expensive, but this is clearly stated on the booking page. All in all, we were satisfied.

I love the location! The apartment is nice, but it’s on -1 floor. So there are no air conditioning. Just 2 of machine ventilation. It’s very difficult to stay like this in the hot Rome.

The owners were waiting for us when we arrived, after having contacted us about our estimated time of arrival. They also promptly gave us a second set of keys after we asked for it the day after arriving.
